GETTING STARTED

In order to embroider your specific logo or design, an embroidery file (digitized file) is required.
WHAT IS DIGITIZING?

Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital code that can be read by todays advanced embroidery machines. The digital code is done in a format so that the machines' operating system can tell the machine how to sew your design, change colors etc.

HOW DO I GET A DIGITIZED FILE?

We can have the print version of your logo converted to a digitized file for a reasonable one time cost. Just e-mail us a clear j-peg file of what you would like embroidered, we will then provide you with an approximate cost, if required, & then forward to our digitizer. Once the embroidery file comes back, we sew-out the design for you to look at in order that you may give your approval before embroidering on any garments To look at your embroidery proof, you can either visit our shop or we can scan & email the sample to you.

I HAVE HAD EMBROIDERY DONE BEFORE

If you have had your logo embroidered before and have the design on file, simply email the file to us, or have the previous embroiderer e-mail the design to us. This saves the digitizing cost.
